Meet The Butlers

Butler

I feel very fortunate to wear The Box Butler logo on jobs throughout Manhattan and the surrounding boroughs. Everyday, our team has the privilege of helping our clients, residential and commercial alike, organize and consolidate their storage items. We always leave with the satisfaction of knowing our clients can now maximize the value of their living and working spaces, with all of their stored belongings just a phone call away.

One woman was storing some old china with us and she asked if I could help her take down so old photo's from her closet she could not reach. The look on her face when I handed those albums to her was so special. She told me she had not seen those photos' in years... it was just so nice to help.

One client I worked with had kept a really large mini storage locker, he did not even know what was in there... we came and helped him clean it all out. We took a bunch of stuff to our warehouse and some furniture to Housing Works as a donation. He told me that he cut his storage bill in half doing this and he really did a nice thing donating all furniture.

We work with the Ronald McDonald House and store suitcases and personal items for families in and out of New York City for treatment. While we do not meet all the families, we often do have a chance to say hello and I am always inspired by their strength and courage. It makes me proud to make their stay a little easier by not having to bring all their stuff back and fourth from their home while in NY.

The best part is meeting all these interesting people. Every one of our clients has a story and so many of them enjoy telling us about their lives. Storing stuff is really personal and I like to take extra care of the stuff we handle as I know how important it is to the people we work with.
