Our storage warehouse is located in New Jersey (NJ), less than 12 miles from New York City (NYC). We store items for customers living throughout the New York Metropolitan area including (but not limited to):

Security
We take security seriously! Our facility is secure and monitored 24×7 with a direct line to local fire and police stations in case of an emergency.
If you are using our containers, you seal and lock your belongings while the containers are in your apartment. If you need added protection and peace of mind we can shrink wrap each box prior to leaving your home.
Fire Safe
Constructed from cinder block and concrete, our storage facilities have full sprinkler systems in a climate controlled environment. We maintain a year round temperature range between 55°F – 78°F.
Pest Free
We have the facility exterminated twice a month as a precaution to ensure pests never have a chance to damage your storage. You can help keep our facility in its fire-safe, pest-free condition by taking time to ensure you haven’t stored any items on our No-Store List.
Bedbug Free
Our Butlers also conduct on-site bed bug inspections and we do not accept any storage items where infestation has occurred. This makes our facility safer than traditional self storage facilities where you have no idea who or what is located next door to your belongings.

We wish we truly could store absolutely everything – in order to provide the very best service to all of our customers, there are some items we simply can’t store.

- Controlled substances
- Illegal or banned items
- Stolen goods or property
