Reduce your storage costs by donating your good quality items to charity.  We will pick-up and then deliver -AT NO CHARGE- any usable/good condition item(s) to Housing Works for sale in their thrift shops. We will then send you the donation receipt for tax deduction purposes.    The Box Butler is a proud supporter of Housing Works –   the largest community-based AIDS organization in the US.  Housing Works provides services to homeless and low income children/adults living with HIV/AIDS in New York City.  (You must be a new customer or expand your current Box Butler storage for this free service.)

The Home Office

The Trade Show

A proven winner for clients who attend trade shows in New York and New Jersey. This package offers a great amount of space – up to 45 cubic feet- to store all your samples, products and supplies. This package includes round trip delivery and pick-up two times each year. Our Butlers can bubble wrap any item you want to store: from shelving to display units with delivery and pick-up directly from your trade show booth.

The Graduate

Our flexible, semester-long storage options are perfect for any student or faculty member who doesn’t want to lug their books, sheets and hot plates home for the summer. We’ll store all your items in our climate controlled warehouse and then return them to you when you want them to any address you specify within our delivery zone(even a different school or apartment). We serve all schools and universities in the New York City/ Northern New Jersey area. Our Butlers will come directly to your dorm or dorm room to carry away your belongings. There is no charge for container drop-off, pick-up or return and empty pick-up in the fall.

The Graduate package includes over 16 cubic feet of storage space and includes container drop-off, pick-up and return in the fall.

The Masters

The Masters is ideal for students living out of state, exchange students and students who have lots of stuff. Students can use the Masters package to store items that don't fit into our containers like lamps and computers. Our Butlers will return next semester and deliver your containers right to your dorm room. Best of all, you choose when you want your belongings picked up and returned. This package also includes the container drop-off, pick-up and return and empty pick-up in the fall within our delivery zones.

The Masters package includes over 45 cubic feet of storage space and there is no charge for the drop-off, pick-up and reurn in the fall.

The Midtown

Save 20% a month. Store your clothes with extra care (keep them on hangers)! The Midtown is like adding a walk-in closet to your bedroom. The 'Midtown' comes with 2 custom designed wardrobe closets made of solid 100% recycled plastic. Each wardrobe is 16 cubic feet with 2 feet of hanging space. The package also includes 3 trunk containers or substitute a misc. item for a trunk container. These wrinkle-free storage boxes are kept in our secure, year-round, climate controlled warehouse. This package includes twice a year delivery and pick-up at no extra charge.
